Thinking of buying this flat file for $50 bucks. I would have to drive a hour and then deal with city traffic is it worth it.

The lady said the top drawer was warped which allows dust to get in. Can this be fixed you think? She said all of the other drawers are in pristine condition but needs a little cleaning. Do you think its worth it?

I would certainly think so. I have been looking for one for a little while now and those go for far more than $50! I also prefer the wood over the metal, but maybe thats just me. You can always repaint that and make it look a little nicer. Paint might cost you $15.

I'm thinking about buying this one I saw on craigslist for $100. (And I thought it was a pretty good deal)

BUY IT!

If your worried about dust, just use the other 4 drawers.

great price. consider it's wood and probably warped due to moisture.

wood gets moldy very easily if you dont take care for it....that said, wood cabs look very nice!! I would make sure those metal cabs are really clean though, before storing any sensitive paper inside. I had a whole stack of brand new rag paper destroyed on the bottom drawer when rust started underneath, then absorbed through all the papers. So i signed my name then sold em. ;)
