Posted a few weeks ago asking if anyone had tried this portfolio but no luck:

looks like it might be a decent option for us in Canada but without any feedback not sure if I am going to try it out yet

If anyone in the Chicago area is looking for one of these 24x36 picturesque portfolios, I'm asking mine. I have about 20 sheets with it. PM me for more details

Does anyone know if a plastic sleeve like this one (http://www.displays2go.com/P-17061/Sign ... &sid=27585) is good for holding larger prints that won't fit in my 18x24 binder?

Long ago I said I'd post when Jerry's (and ASW) seemed to fix the sizing issue with the pages in the Picturesque portfolio.

A few people recently posted they got inserts recently that seemed fine, so I spoke with Jerry's and they sent a pack for me to check/compare. The inserts they sent are definitely about 1/8" or so longer and a touch wider than the ones they used to have. 24x36 prints now fit in them.

Two issues to consider. The material of the pages has changed. Previously, it was a pretty crystal clear shiny material. Now it is more of a "matte" and not shiny or as crystal clear. Since the print is right under the page, to me it's not a real issue since it is still pretty clear to see the prints, but just keep in mind if you had them before. Also, the black paper (or whatever it is) divider in each page is still the same size as it was before so whereas it used to fill the entire page to the top edge, now that black paper tops out at about 1/8" below the top of the pages. Again, not a big deal to me.

It is nice to finally feel comfortable enough to put in some of my favorite prints (that aren't on the wall) so I can flip through the pages instead of having them sit in my flat file. :D

Thanks time, appreciate the update.

Sounds like the same material that the Itoya Profolios use.

I think that may be right. Although I think I have some Itoyas that have the more crystal clear sheets (like the "old" smaller Picturesque pages).

Need some ideas: Jerry's Artarama has 24x36 portolfios backordered till at least July. ASW is their sister/wholesale company has Picturesque listed but at the low low price of $229 (I'm not a member of their wholesale club). Anybody have suggestions for getting one of these big boys at a decent price?

I second that. Need to re-up on my 24x36 and 18x24 sleeves.

Went ahead and placed an order for the Picturesque Pro for $146 after discounts, including free shipping. I sent an email to them asking about the backorder date and they said they could receive it before or after that date, unknown at this point. Figure worst case I can cancel if it gets pushed back further. Foamcore sandwich until then!

Any updates on these? I really need a decent portfolio for my 24x36 prints.
