I recently bought 12x26 poster that was released in 1998 and I assume it has been folded since its release(two horizontal folds). How would one frame this and take out the creases? Can a restorer/framer take out creases? Will drymounting solve the problem? Any suggestions welcome.

i am not aware of any method of removing fold creases

I'd say it depends on how much you want to invest.

I've seen posters that have been folded (not screen prints) that were then drymounted in an attempt to minimize the creasing. It helps a bit, but only from a distance. Up close, you'll always be able to see the folds. I don't think you can ever get rid of them that I'm aware of.
