weird spot on my poster. any suggestions ?

my QOTSA Las Vegas 03 SE has a weird color spot on it. does yours ? not sure what to make of it. kooks like a water spot, but nothing shows on the back. poster is absolutely mint except for this. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. i've seen threads talking about scuffs. using water, erasers, etc. i love this poster and i'm ready to frame it. what to do ?

it had to have been subject to moisture ...sorry bout ur luck yo

i thought it was moisture at first too. but after a closer look, the spot is only in the blue. does't effect the green or the purlple. almost looks like it came that way. btw, thanks ColdSore. you are a Superstar.

I just remembered my copy was on top of my flat file, so i gave it a look....
The blue ink appears water marked same as yours.
How about that?

Holy f'uck. My #55 has a spot like that too near the same location, but it's not as big. Mine is already framed too. Thanks for pointing it out.
