Yeah, three disgusting decisions in a row. Who said cheaters never prosper?

I do blame Obama and Democrats for just rolling over to Mitch McConnell when he stopped Garland's hearings. They should have done everything in their power to circumvent that nonsense and just taken the bad press for it.
Blaming the people that weren't responsible seems counterproductive. I'm inclined to blame the people that failed to turn out to vote in 2014 or helped swing states towards Trump by voting Stein or Johnson.

Speaking of Gary Johnson, what the hell was that whole thing about? Libertarians, man.

I don't have a couple generations left in me so it will be left to others to sort it out.

Alexandria Osacio-Cortez wins 45's home borough district, beating a machine democrat incumbent who was ranked #4 top democrat in the house, with 10% of his budget, running on medicare for all and abolishing ICE:

now if the rest of the centrist douchebag democrats can just get out of the way, we may have a "blue wave" that isn't actually purple.

I’d like think that in reality we’re a nation of moderates. Pushing away the purple for the extreme in either direction only creates thicker battle lines for the inevitable gridlock.

This is a very general statement, I don’t know anything about her, but from what I know about Crowley he seemed like an honest, effective congressman.

That's what she said

And then right after that the Republicrooks can get a whole lot more extreme, too!

And then after that we can have a real, live civil war!

...are they not already pretty much extremists?

I mean, the majority of the country is in dire financial straights, and isn't looking to get better. Health care will break the majority, and put them into poverty. Wouldn't a government representative of the majority be working harder to help that majority?

I know, why the hell should anyone think that, that's not what our representatives are supposed to represent us for
