What makes it odd is that I would not expect Turkey to have that type of intelligence capability outside their own border. China, yes. Russia, yes. U.S, yes. The other part that does not make sense is that I can't imagine MBS asking permission regarding Khashoggi.

Need more proof for this to be believable.

I mean, Jared has been the obvious patsy for everything from the beginning . . . it's always why I thought Trump had him doing so much. So that when everything comes out he's got a non-family member to point the finger at.

Plus, it will leave Ivanka alone so he can finally fulfill his twisted reverse Oedipal/Elektra scenario. =)

Talk about a Pandora's box. Watergate began with a simple break-in...

Makes sense to me that Turkey could have unique, or at least a few better placed, capabilities in that part of the world.

To be honest, if it turns out to be true, the most “shocking” part for me is that Saudis were looking for approval, like jj already mentioned (I didn’t read beyond the cliffs gorkie posted in his post though). I don’t think this will turn out to be the case though.

As for Turkey having capabilities to join in on the call, I don’t really see why not. I posted this back in February:

Who is to say Turkey hasn’t been “helped” back in the day? Also what fredo said.
