I'm in the same boat, I was a little skeptical going in and have only heard a handful of dead and co shows, but I went to the Autzen show the other night and had a blast, fantastic show, and the crowd was really into it. Great night in Eugene. Definitely go see them if you have the chance.

After listening to a bunch of tunes - I'd still go but it'd be really hit and miss (bass/drums notwithstanding)
just a foil for me today, thanks

Don’t know about the posters but AJ did the tea box and you can get yours at the Headcount booth. Enjoy!

I tend to laugh at the "best version of <<song>> ever" comments, but the playing on Stephen here is easily the best I've heard on that tune. Super punchy.

Dark Star is great too but somebody is playing...like a zipper? or something itchy sounding, rhythmically and directly into the soul of the mic for big chunks of it (cut to 8 mins for an example). If you wear big headphones it kinda moves around in your headstage like a worm. The effect is maddening - I wanted to scratch the inside of my skullcap. I am not high.

That is all.

edit: not all. Best show ever. And there's an excellent chance I've heard this show before, said the same things and forgot about it. Still not high.

Cool read...old Fro was at the last, quite sad, playing of Dark Star...

RE: the 2/13/70 Dark Star (#2 in her list) - I got a pretty tasty SBD of the show in the early 80's and it was labeled "The True Test"...nyuk-nyuk...if you haven't already, check it out...a truer test I've yet to find.
