a ridiculously obscure band from the 90s - Gork'ys Zygotic Mynci - this track sounds like something the Beta Band might have done - I had this single but had forgotten all about them until stumbling across a reference in an article I was reading about forgotten 90s indie bands - anyway give it a listen
