Try listening to Turkish music. I recently came across a performer. I really liked the songs. Evdeki Saat Uzunlar(U2)

During pregnancy I listened to relaxing music. on youtube there are such long melodies about three hours long that really calmed me down, because of the hormones in my head there were a lot of strange thoughts and ideas. i even asked can you get tattooed while pregnant? it was very strange, because I don't like tattoos

We lost the hip-hop thread too? Well, I am a bit late to this one but this Infinity Knives x Brian Ennals record is fanstastic.

There was about four or five years, possibly more, where no one touched this band.
No one.
In my obnoxious opinion, they were the greatest live act to ever set foot on a stage.
So thankful I got a chance to see a bunch.
Really hope they can get it close again..: but c’mon..
So many pieces are gone.
This is 20 minutes of as good as music will ever drymounting get.
Fight me.

Their releases post Noctourniquet were underwhelming IMO but I agree. Saw them numerous times. They played for what felt like 3 hours on 4/20/08 at the Aragon in Chicago. Still one of the best shows I've seen. Was pretty stoked they reissued Francis on vinyl recently. Bought that one as a birthday gift for my ex and have been chasing it ever since.

I do like the new album but it's certainly not the same TMV. Though setlists from their recent shows seem to favor the older material. Last time I saw them was opening for Soundgarden at Red Rocks.

Wow.
Soundgarden and MV at Red Rocks.
Dammit.
In hindsight I’d kill some people to see that show.
Only saw Soundgarden once in ‘97?
LA …Universal. Caught Cornell come out with PJ twice. But man… I missed a lot of Cornell. Everything pretty much.
I’ve probably seen mars Volta play 20 times or so. 2005 was probably the best period beside 2007.
That little run they did in California was legendary as drymount.
Berkeley 2007. Irvine…. Ventura.
Earth Moving with Pridgen.
That YouTube snipet captures them well.
drymounting unreal what they could do.
Could…
Agree with you 100%.
I love their new album, but they are a fraction of what they used to be. They have women playing drums and bass. Sure they are great and everything, but… woah. Huge huge difference.
They are smart for bending a bit and releasing something that is more listenable for non Volta freaks. My kid’s mom thought it was Maroon 5 coming out of my stereo.
I don’t know what that means, but it’s probably not good… but I jam it frequently.

Watch this video Expresso Beaners!!
It’s SO GREAT.
THEY WERE IT.
Fir a while;

IT.

It’s SO INSANE.
Always loved the breakdown… Omar’s chance to shine.
( 4 min mark )
My God.
I mean… other planet good.
Untouchable.
drymounting untouchable.
