Not going well. Had to miss John Oliver due to family emergency; SXDX postponed due to Mike Ness' tonsil cancer diagnosis (beginning to wonder whether it will get rescheduled); drove to Raleigh for QOTSA only to sit around for 3 hours and have them ultimately cancel the show due to weather (still waiting to hear if it will be rescheduled); Ace Frehley made it (great show at small venue). Tosh, Thorogood, Tool still to come. The way my luck's been running this summer, I'll be happy if I get to one of them.
