Love seeing that you're on the Billy train. Back in 2013 I went to a non-traditional mandolin camp and Don Julin was one of the instructors. He had just started playing with Billy that spring and brought him to camp. I was blown away the entire weekend by Billy. At that point he had only just begun listening to GD and had never heard of Panic. I came away from that weekend telling everyone I knew about him and sending vids. Fast forward about 5 years and many of those people came back asking if I'd ever heard of this dude Billy Strings

We are heading to Panic en la Playa next week and it's creating a lot of anxiety for me. We bailed on New Years before they cancelled and I'm not feeling anymore confident now.
GSBG in Feb
Trying to wrangle tix to Jack White in Det and Billy in Cleveland in March.
Beacon Panic whenever that happens.
Nothing beyond that yet.
I'm not someone else.
Exactly! We've seen him play so many free shows at SXSW 2017/2018/2019 (too bad those days are over). We fell in love. Happy for his success. He has a great scene right now and his poster game keeps getting better and better. More than happy to support him and the boys.GoBluePanic wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 1:49 pmLove seeing that you're on the Billy train. He's taking fudge to new places.

July 29th Pier 17 NY City - Andrew Bird and Iron & Wine
Spring Fu Manchu postponed. I know everyone's neither shocked nor happy. I for one needed the vacation, be it laborious or luxurious: just out the damn kataku, kudasai. Not the post I was looking forward to making here, again, for the first time in many moons. '13 was so great. I got to work with Ernie Parada a lot, and experience the all-heck our Thursday night in Cambridge when they caught the marathon bombers was--right across the Charles form MIT...sad night all around, but peak sober as that evening's boogie van pilot.
Perspective is key, and I've lost some of late, as have we all (RIP GK), but hopefully summer's no bummer for loud noises to once again be among us, and we them aye.
of antibodies to go, pleasenthx.
