For a card that was kind of thrown together, fights last night were good. Would have liked to have seen the Condit fight go a little longer. But man does it show just how good Maia is. They knew all along, he would shoot in to get it to the ground, and he still did it. Incredible. Wonderboy and Maia both have earned shots, will be curious who they go with. Woodley seems to think with 0 title defenses he gets to not take fights unless it's a "money" fight. I'm not sure he can beat either one of them.

Cowboy is pushing for a fight with Robbie Lawler at MSG63schoeffling wrote:He's the man. He would fight next week if they asked him... always ready to throw down.Baker wrote:For those that didnt see it, that led to the end of the fight. Story went down and pounded him out from there. Ive watched that gif a ton of times, just awesome. RDA fight aside Cerrone is one of my favorite fighters to watch. Always brings it. Also like him at 170, seems to have more pop without that weight cut, and he still has the power as he has finished all 3 of his fights at 170.
Saw that, and that would be a fun fight I think. Lawler has more power than anyone he has probably fought before. Would be curious how he handles it.

This Stipe / Overeem fight seems hard to judge. Any input from the experts around here? Any chance CM Punk doesn't get obliterated?
I'd take Miocic. Reem can't be trusted off his vitamins. His chin is shambles too.
Word is that CM is getting Punk'd. Unless he's put on a show that he's shite at every open workout and training vid.

I'm with you. I think Miocic is going to win this handily. Reem is going to keep it standing and I think he's just going to get beat up.

I'd be surprised if CM punk makes it out of the first round.
I do think Reem has a good chance of winning though, I probably would give a slight edge to Stipe because of his cardio but Reem still throws heat even without the horse meat and I don't think either one has much of an advantage in striking.

I hate that the Borg/McCall fight is off the card. One of the few I was looking forward to on this one.

This Gall dude has to be hired to take a fall, right? Does the WWF dude even have any wrestling (not wrasslin) background at least?
