..and Forrest griffin admits to using Xanax.

"I failed my drug test I think for Xanax," Griffin said. "I had a doctor's prescription, I was just, I didn't do it before the fight, I did it the night before, I was nervous and I couldn't sleep."

Anyone see Mayhem's meltdown yesterday on helwani's MMA Hour show?

Is that drugs, booze or Millers attempt at some kind of humour?

looks like after his latest public blowout the guy needs some help, before he ends up dead.

ewe boy, WTF was that?

On a side note, how pathetic are the promos for the Silva/Bonner PPV? "One of two things will happen - a massive knockout or a historic upset." Seriously Dana, that's your selling point - that's what this has come to? Give me $55 to watch a semi-retired fighter with no business being in a title fight get knocked the F out.

I like the Silva fight as well, that one could be interesting if he can keep Fitch off of him.

Fitch only loses to the best...a great test for anyone.
Just hope it's not 3 rounds of taking Silva down and lying on him for a decision win.
Really good fun fights in Rio PLUS how can you miss Anderson ? I think he's only got a few more fights in him before he retires and it's always an honour to see the best in the world showing their craft, regardless of the sport.

Kinda bummed Silva openly said a Jones fight wouldn't happen though I agree it wouldn't be a wise decision.

I think he will bump down and fight GSP at 170lbs. or at a catch weight, then fight one or two more at LHW and call it a career
