Not the NFL but I saw a huge college choke a couple weeks back. Missouri v Auburn. Missouri has a 28 yd field goal to win in regulation and miss. In OT, Auburn kicks a field goal on the their first try. On their second play, the Missouri running back goes around left end all the way to the end zone. He holds the ball out as he approaches the goal line and the ball falls out of his hand at the 1/2 yard line. It goes into the end zone where Auburn recovers, ending the game.
