Ha it kinda was huh. Well to be fair the scenery in Southern Utah and Arizona are very similar. But I was tripping out watching them play in them uniforms. But hey, we should keep that look rocking while it's rolling.

Nance Jr and Clarkson to the Cavs for IT, Frye, and the Cavs first (not the Nets pick). Yowza.

Poor IT, although its probably a blessing in disguise to get out of the dumpster fire that is The Land.

And so it begins.
Indeed a blessing for IT in my opinion. The Land is a sinking ship, though it seems like they are trying their hardest to at least make it to the 2nd round, and possibly conference finals. Apparently they are still trying to get Kemba?

They just got George Hill and Rodney Hood while keeping the Nets pick.

Cleveland's going full tilt.

Busy at work and can't follow along! Can't wait to catch up.

Heard the Pistons made some moves too. Didn't realize Nelson is still playing...

Twitter's treating the Wade trade (for a protected second rounder) like they just traded away LeBron's BFF but I gotta think this may have been a James call. Cold blooded.

IT sucks - he remains the worst defender in the league, and he's already bitching about not getting to start in LA...

Cavs looking much better - so implosion averted for now, and still the team to beat in the East.

PG Hill
SG Hood
SF Bron
PF Nance
C Thompson

with Clarkson coming off the bench.

That's a stronger 2 way team on paper, although it should be interesting to see how a basically entirely new team can put it together halfway through the season.

Feel bad for IT. Kinda player you always want to root for...even if he really tops out as a championship-caliber sixth man more than a starter. Even at his most engaged (which he usually isn't), he's just not capable of good defense given his stature...and that was before the injury. Think he'd be better off shutting it down for the rest of the year, rehabbing, and taking a one-year prove-it contract next season if he still wants to earn a max later.

Ainge and the Celtics completely and utterly drymounted IT.

He won't ever sniff a max contract now.

I think they'll run with Bron at the 4 a lot until Love comes back: Hill-JR-Hood-Bron-Thompson

I'm not sure Bron will be too happy with that, tho... so we'll see.
