Will the Chargers right the ship?

The Chargers have been on a skid for a few years now. Peyton comes to the division and is playing like an MVP. It's been rough for us fans. Now that AJ Smith has been jettisoned I think things will get better. Anyone else care to comment?

Mods lock this up. The Chargers are doomed.
no.....if we get a full year from Ryan "Glassman" Matthews we got a chance . . . . no run game = no passing gameJesusmalverde wrote:Mods lock this up. The Chargers are doomed.

I disagree toobs. Obviously having a run game helps a lot but the packers haven't had a run game for awhile now and arod has been torching everyone. Looks like we might have a decent ground game this year which is going to make the packers even more dynamic.
Good luck to all you guys and hopefully we are all wrong and they can right the ship.

The Chargers went from having one of the most talented rosters in the league to being amazingly thin in just a couple years. O-line is weak, WRs are weak, Matthews is inconsistent and injury prone, it seems Gates is hobbling off the field every other play these days - QB isn't left much to work with after all that. I'm sure Rivers would be much happier if he still had Sproles and Jackson catching passes.
Hopefully not. Love getting good tix for less than face on Ebay.
