Dude better hope he never sells anything as there is a high probability of it also getting damaged and returned.
Enlist help of EB for that one.
I'd be happy to step in.

Good call

So... buyer received the print, said packaging was perfect, left positive feedback that said everything was perfect, now I get a message saying there is a mark or smudge on the print and they want to return it. What should I do, or what do I need to do about this? Any ideas? They left positive feedback and I do not want a damaged print back, it wasn't damaged when I sent it...
Respond with what you just said, It wasnt damaged when I shipped it and you left positive feedback saying it was perfect... how long between the feedback and the first request for a refund was it?
Yeah, I've been messaging them about it, telling them all of that. Trying to figure out how it got any marks on it, as it was fine when I shipped it. Maybe they just changed their mind so they're looking for a way out? Feedback left yesterday but messaged me today. I'm guessing Ebay doesn't actually give any shits about seller protection. drymounting annoying  Just wondering if anyone had any similar experiences and what they did about it.
Got the print back, there was no damage. It was a handfinished print and the "damage" was part of the background hand embellishing. What a waste of time

So, advice on selling to No Feedback buyers?
High dollar print.
Not much interest other than this offer.

Obviously I want to take their money, but also worried about fudge like Henry’s situation.

Send via UPS at a UPS store where you have someone see you packing the print. Take photos of condition before it goes in. Require a signature and fully insure.

Signature means they can't say it wasn't delivered.
Photos document condition if damage claimed and insurance covers any damage
Packing in front of someone at UPS ensures the claim that tube is empty fails.

How do you get buyers to leave feedback? I think only 2 of my last 12 sales have left feedback. It irritates me a little because I use good packaging materials, pack everything bullet-proof, and ship within 12-24 hours of the sale.
I'm not someone else.

I stopped caring about people leaving feedback. If you want them to leave feedback, drop them a note when you ship thanking them and letting them know you already left positive feedback. Ask that they leave you feedback when everything arrives safely. That seemed to work 1/2 the time. You can squeeze a few more out by sending another email after it arrives confirming that everything arrived in good shape.

Too much ass kissing IMO.

I tend to only leave feedback for negative experiences. Which is rare. I do let the seller know it arrived though.

As a seller I only reciprocate leaving feedback. Kinda lame on my part but I don't really care too much about it.

Appreciate the tip.
Unfortunately, it seems I have a non paying buyer.
