I freaking hate it when people dont leave feedback, no news is good news though I guess.

Sorry to repeat, but you got claims accepted without any wear and tear to the packaging?stuckeyc wrote:Seller. Only had to file a few timesfdiskmbr wrote:Stuckeyc, where you the buyer or the seller?stuckeyc wrote:I have never had a usps claim denied. Now with the online filing its quick and easy. Usually have money in your account within a week or two.
I've had 3 successful claims myself, one was completely lost, and two were beat up to fudge, but I always assumed if the tube was intact with no damage, they would reject.
How does that usually turn out for you?xN3rDx wrote:Me too. I respond with "What's the most you will pay?"bigmuls wrote:Hate receiving eBay messages like these: "What's the lowest you would take for this print?"
Just make a friggin offer!

Not an experienced eBayer and looking for some advice.
Sold an iPad last Wednesday night and stated three business days shipping. It's packed up and going out today (within three business day time frame) but the buyer has sent me multiple messages along the lines of "When is this shipping" "This is sure taking a long time to receive this item" "When is this going out, why is it taking so long to send item" ... I've replied every time that it will go out today which I said originally as soon as he bought it as well. Guy appears legitimate (100% feedback w/ 400+ transactions) but I've got a bad feeling he's setting up to either leave bad feedback or something worse.
Anything I can do if he does? Recommended course of action?

A lot has changed in the last 3-4 years on ebay. Depending on what you are selling most buyers expect their tracking info within 24-48hrs. It can be super annoying. For art prints it's a little longer because most of us are used to waiting anyways.
Ya, I understand that expectation. Especially with electronics. Just wondering if it was clearly stated in my listing (from the drop down in the listing editor) that the item would ship in 3 business days, if that covers/helps me at all in the case of a bad feedback issue or other dispute.

Tell him to add his address to the Paypal account or no go. If you ship to an alternate address then you can kiss any protection goodbye.
