I had decided I was going to forego the Sumpsons sets and just focus on UCS and Modulars.

These new photos are making that very difficult. I must have them all.

The new minifigs do indeed look great. If ever one needed the stony eyes, Edna is she.

Kwik E Mart looks fun and I know I'll get it too but dang...so-many-stickers :hanging:

I haven't looked at the stickers yet. That's too bad though. In a lot of cases I just leave stickers off of the model looks good without them (ships/cars etc). But pretty hard to omit them from a build like this.

Just decided to check Wal-Mart.com for the Milano spaceship...showed up at one of my stores for $5. Let's see if the order sticks. Haha

Happened to me too at the $35 price. Those new Simpsons characters are great! I will definitely be after Frinky, Smithers, Willie, and Comic Book Guy. May have to get Moleman and Maggie too.
Edit: Just saw the angled pic of Comic Book Guy and the lack of a big belly may be a deal breaker for me. His head looks enormous compared to his body

Some of those accessories are fantastic! Love Hibbert's Xray of Homer's noggin. It makes me think of the EMEK Tool Berlin '06 poster, which is one of my all-time favorites. Edna with a pic of Gordie Howe is also well done.

Do you mean the Ideas set? Becaues that's been approved already and will be the next one out. I'm not sure if there is a date yet for it, though.
Sure do, but haven't heard a date yet
