LEGO - The thread.
Grabbed my full box yesterday. Haven't started feeling them yet. Going to snag all 3 sets and return the 12 left overs unless somebody wants them here.
When I handed the cashier the full box, she scanned the barcode on the outside of the box then looked at me and said "that'll be $3.96".
I opened the box and explained to her that they were $3.96 each and there is 60 of them. It was tempting though.

Yeah that malevolence was gone before I ever had a chance too, great ship. Got one back in december for that price on clearance at walmart, its awesome.
In other news, working on my second set of minifigs for my dad for his birthday, and found a cache of them at Walgreens today! Was able to score 4 I needed, so now my list of ISO is down to 3:
Scratchy
Mr. Burns
Apu
And the ones I still have leftover from the box I bought are:
Krusty
Marge
Maggie (2)
Grandpa
Homer

Bought a few Simpsons today with the kids. Lego store had tons of them. Gave them Bart, Lisa and Marge while I kept Ralph and Scratchy.
I have to say those skirt pieces for Marge and Lisa are the most difficult to assemble little pieces of fudge that I've ever encountered with Lego. Very aggravating.

You should try and build the Death Star!rmoore wrote:Bought a few Simpsons today with the kids. Lego store had tons of them. Gave them Bart, Lisa and Marge while I kept Ralph and Scratchy.

The GF and I wrapped up 2 complete Simpsons sets today. Squeezed bags and only wound up with one double. Not too bad!
