A friend of mine used to throw a looping curve like this, he called it The Bender ... I would beg for him to "feed me the bender", because it's easy to spot (such a wide angle) and I'd crush this fudge out of it. I'm also a lefty so, I had a perfect vision of it the whole time.

Now, his ~75 mile an hour pitch that started on the grass and ended at your eyes ... that fudge was impossible to hit.

Memories of wiffle ball tournaments in my youth ... and damn, I love that net idea ... we just had a board sitting on a lawn chair for our strike zone.

My roommate is currently constructing one with pvc pipe and wood. I think buying that net would have been cheaper and more efficient.

I sent this gif to my friend to reminisce a bit ... this was his response ... "This kid has a curve…. Of course a lefty hitter might say… hit the ball onto the roof of the nearby strip mall."

Which I did several times in our midnight wiffle ball sessions after work.
