Got some 2014s/2015s here in Wisconsin if anyone wants to trade (in person) for fresh IPAs or fruits/meads. Hard for me to finish a BCBS anymore....drink like half the bottle and save the rest for the next day

the 2015 dates that were considered good after the post seem to be turning more than being good. i see a lot of people posting about 2015 "good" bottles being bad these days.

cant go wrong with a 2014 though.

A year and a half ago, when we first tasted what an ample dry-hopping of our Berliner Messe base could achieve, we noted that the only real issue was that it most belonged in a big can as a proverbial summer crusher, despite being painstakingly produced over many many months, losing substantial volume to the covetous angels of evaporation and dry-hopping.
It is still wildly inefficient, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. All of our bottles are produced and packaged with the cellar in mind, these tin drums are not. They contain, usually via the excesses of modern dry-hopping, our most volatile beers, and as such are increasingly subject to divagations over time.
We’ll begin selling these objets petit a tomorrow (Thursday), when we open at 4 PM. $8/ea, you may purchase up to four. @ The Referend Bier Blendery

It's sad for sure. I prolly have 5-6 more bottles of '15, too.

I think I have like 10. Ugh. Gotta dig that case out and start drinking some. For science of course.

Think that just about all of my favorite Colorado breweries are releasing something weekend.

One of my friends here just drove in to Austin today for 'The Beerists" (I think is what the podcast is called) share that they have started doing. Good timing. I think I have a bottle of every available SPON coming back

Last count he was at like 1400 bucks of money from people to mule back fudge since he drove down.

The SPON series is great, but definitely not cheap.

Is there any interest in trading prints for beer? I live in Iowa and have access to some great locations such as Toppling Goliath and Pulpit Rock.

Psychedelic Cat Grass is a triple dry hopped American India Pale Ale originally brewed for HopCat. Aromas of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit accompany the brews slightly hazy, pale orange color and lasting white head. A dry finish is preceded by balanced flavors of tropical fruit and bitter hops. Now this beer is most notably associated with the #WithoutDelayIPA project, where the beer is packaged, delivered, and served within 24 hours. In 2018, Psychedelic Cat Grass was packaged and distributed on Friday, May 25th. 7.60% ABV / 72 IBU

Heading to Bonnaroo next week. The wife is letting us stop in Richmond on the way down and spend the night. Gonna hit up The Veil and The Answer. Anything else we should be checking out down there as far as brewery or food?
