Jay from Rare Barrel (Owner) was in Nashville last week to brew with Yazoo their collab tart saison that people had voted on. They held a bunch of surveys to help pick style of beer and then down to the more nitty gritty like hopping and bacteria used. Should be cool to see the final product, I think its supposed to go into barrels today.
