Full disclosure, one case was already opened, so I got 10 bottles total. And these were out of a market in the Ferry Building in SF, so I expected to get raped on price...I carried them up to the counter with the clerk and was like, oh by the way, what are they, 20, 21 each? She said $17. WTF! Awesome. I mean, these same yahoos are selling Eclipse at like $45/bottle...so 10 bottles after tax was about $195, and that's a score for SF.
$17 seems like a steal.

First time seeing Bruery stuff in Fort Worth.

Doesn't look like anything sought after but grabbed a Terreux Rye Saison.

Grabbed a few KBS last night... Apparently there's a place in NJ charging $19.99/bottle. :?

A friend of mine grabbed a lone bottle at City Swiggers, mostly because he knows everyone there but even that was a wrestle. I am not interested in that atmosphere anymore.

I haven't paid more then $17 on a bottle of parabola in SoCal. With a bit of legwork you can easily get it at that price.

The 4 packs I picked up were a bit all over. I think the cheapest I saw was $22 and highest was $27. Considering they were atleast selling as 4 packs and not singles like some places they were still easy buys.

Was able to get a total of 10 KBS's over the past couple of days. Had one last night and I thought it was absolutely delicious.

Edit: Just found another 4 pack. I think I have enough now. Hags

I've found enough Parabola at $15.50-$17 to be set this year. KBS on the other hand has been rough. Each place I've been to sold out within an an hour of putting it on the shelves. I just stumbled upon a spot with 4 packs but the guy said it's $33. I walked away out of principle but I'm really thinking about going back and getting one.

Somebody talk me out of it :hanging:

That's about the going rate around here. Most places are about $9.00 a bottle. But it's only once a year, so drymount it. I think I might put some aside for my wedding next September to drink with my groomsmen before the ceremony. Better than doing shots.

It's good, but I'd take Parabola at $17 a bottle all day over it. I do wish more brewers did BA stouts in 12 oz bottles instead of the bombers though.

damn. most places in MN were single bottle limits and $6-$6.50 each. i snagged most of mine in WI and IL, $20-$22 a 4 pack. managed a few 4packs in MN for the same price. didnt waste much time with the single bottle fudge.

probably why i love Central Waters and their Brewers Reserve. 12oz BA beers all day long.
