Luls. Moved on to the next shiny object huh.
Yes. Bourbon. I have enough bourbon to kill a herd of alcoholic elephants.

Holds its value better and lasts a hell of a lot longer than beer too.

God, I have so much beer that I'll never drink... Who wants some? Bargain basement prices.

And it's more delicious.

And it's easier to obtain the high-demand stuff. That stuff gets national distribution, unlike the super rare beers. You don't have to drive to Decorah or the middle of Maine or some fudge to get one at face value. And since there's a higher price/ounce (typically), the cost of shipping doesn't make selling or trading totally uneconomical.

Agreed, with beer. Not with bourbon. Sure, it's $20 to ship, but buyers expect to pay that.

BA stouts are starting to get up there. $30-$50 per bottle (cost) is getting a little ridiculous.

Some recent pics. The Vanilla Rye BCBS was everything you've heard or remembered.

I am heavily stocked with Grimm as of late and I will be picking up more this weekend.

Kinda miss doing trades but to be fair, there is a lot of good stuff coming out here.

I've been passing on grimm lately but I'm interested in that bottle for sure.

^^ Agree. GI tapped Vanilla Rye with this years prop at Fobab. Im not trying to downgrade VR in the slightest, but this years prop had it beat!! Prop blew first.

Side note: anyone know where I can offload some George T Staggs? I have ~6 I want to get rid of.

Did anyone try the latest (also probably final?) batch of CBS yet? I spaced on it being released and don't even know if my local shop got any. Was looking forward to having some 12oz bottles of that, though...

I don't think I've ever had CBS and liked it. What a letdown. Local breweries are killing it with maple lately around here tho.. (but I'm a bit spoiled in Stl)
