Double Latte, Maillard's Odyssey, Yonder Bock and There and Back were the best of the bunch.

i thought the Double Latte Stout was the best followed by Mallards Odyssey and Electric Ray. The rest were tolerable but less than stellar.

Yup, give the Butte some time. They have a best after date on them. Im about to crack into some of my 25s from last year. I drank one of the 26s last week and it was good, but im sure some time will do them some good, I put the other 3 away for a bit.

Didn't like Mallards Odyssey at all.

Grabbed a few things in Chicago while I was there for Art Alliance. Also stopped by FFF the night before- Zombie on tap was pretty great. There are some really amazing bottle shops Chicago- I had to control myself because I already have too much beer (is that a real problem?)

Where do you guys stand on Gose? Hadn't tried the style until recently. Saltiness was a bit weird but pretty refreshing brew.

Maybe my palate needs more refining, but I can't stand Gose-style beers. Salt in a beer just isn't my thing... Westbrook is no exception.

Ah. Wasn't too hard to get into for me. The style where I call it quits is peppered anything.

Had a Rogue Jalapeno ale and sacrificed it to the sink god. Ugh.
