Yeah was into the bcbs and bourbon but man in denver everyone else is too and just not worth waiting/rushing/omgz etc.
I’ll just stick to what I have and can casually find.
This is the way.
Beers started to get too repetitive and made the move to bourbon during Covid 2020.
Haven’t chased bourbon too hard, but pick up a bottle every now and then.

No reason to chase considering the amount of good beer there is in many spots.
Hadn't had stuff from Vermont in a bit, friend dropped off two cases from a recent trip with Foley bros, Foam and Fiddlehead.

That van winkle runs $200 by me. Blanton's for $175. I'm out at those prices tbh. Saw midwinter for $200 as well.
I'll grab a bcbs today prob. Just tossed my blantons and old forester 2021s into the fridge the other day.

That VW lot B @ $200 is a great deal, if that's the right price? Blantons and MWND at those prices are easy passes. Although, I did think I saw that MWND did increase their price point from $99 to $135 or something.

Yeah this one shop had it on their site, was sold out when I got to the store though. Def a good price compared to what I've seen, bigger store by me.
I grabbed the four roses small batch select and a woodinville instead.

Honestly the caramel turns me off, but the banana prob hits. I have the BA OH bananaversary in the fridge, might crack it tonight. That has vanilla and nuts as well if I'm not mistaken.
True on the adjuncts. I stopped picking up the EQ stouts cuz of the # of adjuncts, plus lactose......lactose everywhere.

did Elon buy Goose Island too? The BCBS variants this year are a wreck, that Prop sounds fugging awful
BCBS and variants dropped here last week. No more Black Friday fudge. 2019 is the last year I sought out this beer. My interest/hobby in "good beer" significantly dropped over these last 3 years. I have around 20 BCBS beers dating back to 2013 that I need to drink before buying any more. Good thing these just sit on shelves year-round now.
This thread used to be poppin on Black Friday. Is anyone going out for anything "special"? Or, are you just as worn out as I am?
Heard good things about this years coffee. Anyone tried yet?
