That inducing lawsuit is such a joke. Literally every company does that. Pepsi/Coke, etc. If a restaurant has their product it's because they gave them the fountain machine or wall decor or something. Kind of curious to see how it progresses just because I saw this happen all the time from pretty much every major brand. Hell growing up I had a 7UP basketball goal in my front yard.
