It had definitely fallen off a fair amount in mine. But still was delicious, just a very different flavor than a fresh coffee bottle.

Hope everyone had a good 4th.

I've had 2012 bombers of the bcbcs multiple times and they all have a weird off taste from old coffee. All were properly cellared and Near drain pours.

Drink bcbcs within a year of release imo :pint:

The coffee taste from my batch of KBS this year has fallen off already somewhat.

It was also properly cellared.

I'm drinking it now, drymount it.

i had a '13 BCBCS when '14 came out. it was the best damn BCBCS ive had. i think they need a little time.

on another note, people say '13 has been the best BCBS batch in recent years.

as for KBS, i'm a believer of drinking it within a couple months. they age alright but the coffee definitely mellows out.

Can't say I have anything to say about BC coffee cause I've missed out the last few times. Hoping this will be the year I score! Today, I was lucky enough to score two of these!
