Snagged it via that Wario64 tweet with the backdoor sku link. What a debacle, lol. Perfect for 2020.theperfecttree wrote: ↑Wed Sep 16, 2020 11:47 pmAmazon PS5 preorder link https://t.co/UT0LSfAGfF?amp=1

I got the Best Buy email at 8:30 and carted the system but couldn't check out. I tried for well over an hour and was denied. It was a mess.
i feel you, it was a mess. took me almost 30 minutes of trying to checkout last night at 2am to get through. i guess thats good as i've been through checkout fail during poster drops and am used to it vs most people that probably just gave up and assumed it was no longer available.morecoffee wrote: ↑Thu Sep 17, 2020 9:27 amI got the Best Buy email at 8:30 and carted the system but couldn't check out. btw. walmart is going to be taking pre-orders in store on 09/22. not sure how that exactly work though.
Fired up my NES classic and hakchi'd that bad boy. Going back and beating old school games with my 5 year old. Startropics 2 in progress. He does the wide map movement, I handle the dungeons.

Hades is a helluva lotta fun. It’s been years since I’ve been engrossed by a roguelike, but I keep sneaking sessions on my kid’s Switch.

Testing. Testing. Will trade a Series X for PS5.
Would love to put XMAS shopping to bed by October.

I'm curious what sort of "Legend of Zelda All-Stars" game(s) they've got cooking for next year... I know people were disappointed that Super Mario Galaxy 2 didn't make the cut for that series release, but I think it would be a crime to do OoT without MM.
Personally, I'm hoping for OoT/MM/WW/TP to get bundled together, but that might be a tad ambitious. I've never actually played Skyward Sword, but I just don't see it making it to Switch while being so heavily dependent on motion controls.
