A no-fact truther is the best kind to be. You just decide that something...anything is true or false, mess around with or ignore the data that you didn't bring to the table to suit, yootoob up, and then watch those profits soar!

I just tried to log in to paypal and it was down which got me thinking; if you have money in your paypal account should you open a paypal credit account and always keep a balance slightly higher than what's there in "cash?" My logic is this; if they ever just shut down and stole everyone's funds I'd rather owe them more than I had available.

Maybe I am not understanding you but I'm pretty sure they charge crazy interest on your credit balance so I don't see that being worthwhile.
