Those ribs look on point! Just how I like em. Not smothered in sauce

The Brisket and the Ribs were the best for me, the Brisket especially.

Homemade, (Neiman Marcus recipe), chocolate chip cookies. The recipe was posted online - the woman that posted it had quite a story to go along with it.

She was at the store and purchased the cookies. She inquired with the server if it was possible to purchase the recipe and asked, if so...how much? The server told her two-fifty. The woman was cool with it and purchased the recipe.

She received her credit card statement and discovered that she was charged $250.00 for the recipe...they would not refund. She is posting the recipe online and asks that it be passed around.

The cookies are delicious.

I want to make granola bars. The recipe calls for flax seed, but I read that flax seed "tastes like horse dung." I've never tasted it...is it nasty tasting?

Always wanted to go but can't get over the fact that the restaurant is sitting next to a superfund site!

Anyone have a suggestion for a good popcorn popper? Want to stop using the microwave bags, and don't want the giant push cart jawn. Reviews on Amazon have me not pulling the trigger on anything that comes up in my search. Cheers.

You don't need a popcorn popper. Just use a large heavy pot with a lid. I've made popcorn this way for years.

Thanks. I don't own a pot like that though, and I'm guessing buying one would be way more expensive than a popper.

Hopefully making some plated beef ribs soon... Foxhollow Farms did a specific order for me and they are available on Monday!

Probably going to park them and then finish on the new grill.

BBQ pulled pork. Gotta' top it with coleslaw or it just ain't the same.

I made another hot ham/swiss sub w/mayo that was discussed in the other thread. Toasted with seasoned onion-garlic butter sub roll. Honestly, that sandwich has become my all-time favorite. It is so good.
