I try not to take living by the ocean for granted. for those of you land locked in the interior states and for folks who live in far off distant countries, I share my little edge of the world. click on many of my photos to see them larger.

Just sold my Xsi, looks like I got a 5D happening for $900. Really excited about full-frame, even if that means my favorite gallery lens, a 20mm. is now way too wide, and I got to buy like a 35mm 1.8 now. Cameras are a money hole!

I didn't realise there was a photo thread over here! Here are a couple of pics from me, i've only really been playing with the odd photo in lightroom for a year or so, so opinion always welcome!

Interesting angles, titan.
I love the juxtaposition of that last photo especially, dellboyy. Nice job.

I have a few different cameras right now but I really want to get a high-end one. Only difficulty is finding something I can hold on to for long periods of time (small hands here).

Cheers machination! I should make an effort to take more photo's, get more in the habit of grabbing my camera when i go somewhere!

I've not got an SLR myself yet, i'm using a canon ixus, but it does have the custom firmware on that gives it loads of extras, long exposure, focus, etc
