do they let you bring a tripod to the Pru observation deck?

Sure do... I've been a couple times I think it's like $10 on the sky walk. Make sure you bring a dark coat or blanket to hold over your camera as the reflection can be brutal this was from last December I think. They won't let you outside so you will always be dealing with the glass in front but you can make it work.

That Perseus piece is so rad (though you are in italy so maybe the Roman equivalent of Perseus). My buddy has that as part of a greek mythology sleeve.

SouthShore wrote:Great shots dude. The Fillmore has amazing lighting, so you get lucky with those. I went to see Frank Turner there last week, and they wouldn't let me bring my P&S in with me. I was super bummed about that.
Concert photography is tough, especially since all that I have is my Canon G11 (Too broke to afford a better camera), but I manage to get some good shots nonetheless. My big problem is noise and blur.
Thanks, I think one of the big challenges too is that you're there to enjoy the show, not to take photos. I usually just pull the ones that arent blurry and try to see if I can edit them to look decent :p

Love these - would be great to have a play with a Lensbaby on shots like this. I can't afford a tilt shift so that's the next best thing...
