Wanda: I can't stand people. I hate them. Do you hate them?
Henry: No, but I seem to feel better when they're not around.

Entering the grocery store buzzed and leaving with your first six pack of white claw.

I'm full of self loathing, and it's delicious.

Wtf is the hype around this white claw about?
When I'm done ranting about elite power that rules the planet under a totalitarian government that uses the media to keep people stupid, my throat gets parched. That's why I drink Orange Drink. - BH

white claw is boring as drymount ... it's seltzer with a hint of flavor, and 5%. Big woop.

that said, I am still trying to find the lime one, so if you see it, LET ME KNOW!!!!!!

Lowes contract appliance installers. Bought a new laundry set which we wanted stacked and it arrived with a plug for an oven and no stack kit. We then decided to redo the laundry room with new paint, lighting, sub-floor, ceramic tile and trim. After the redo we had Lowes fix the order and reschedule install. Its a room 6' across. Without asking where we wanted the units they dropped them in the middle of the wall, leaving unusable space on either side. When told that the units needed to be in the left corner the installer said "sign this damage waiver and I will slide it over, it will probably damage the tile." Ah, no. Unstack them and move the overflow pan to the corner and restack. Installer, "let me call my supervisor." They go downstairs and just leave. drymounting clowns.

This online rental business for school books.
$100 to rent access to a book for a semester.
And you can't just buy the same book used because you need a code allowing access to the graded homework.
It's a racket.

Yep. It's been an ongoing racket for years. The cost of education has been a huge peeve of mine. Don't even get me started on the 'quality' of the education one gets from some colleges/tech schools.

That sounds like some BS right there. But my experience with a frosh in college is that she was able to rent a psych textbook for $35 for a semester that would have cost $250 to buy, so I was thinking that this new (to me) book rental thing was a great goodness. Apparently not always.

And since I just paid our first semester bill for a cool $13,500, lemme go ahead and join the rant against the cost of a decent college education! Jesus H. Christ, how many Faireys do they think I’m sitting on?!?
