This week a raccoon moved into our chimney. I feel ya. :hanging:

Posting a gif of a gorilla throwing poop in another thread reminded me a a new pet peeve. My dog has started pooping right in front of the door when there is a perfectly good yard 10 feet away. I need to get a welcome mat that is not brown.

I have a cat that poops on the floor next to the litter box. WTF?

Use a little Superman 2 logic on it and put the kitty litter everywhere but the box.

Scooped twice a day and changed completely weekly. There are also two of them in the house.

Are your cats declawed? If not, let em go outside to poop. When we moved into our house a few years back, both our cats became temp outdoor cats and now they hate coming in the house. They follow us to the mailbox and bus stop, and they're always around so we interact with them almost as much. Plus I don't gotta scoop no poop.

Step one: let cat outside
Step two: go get a dog

Could be the litter you use, some cats like bigger pellets.

2 cats = 2 litterboxes, 2 food bowls, 2 water bowls. Cats hate sharing, at least in my experience.

Lately our cats have been keeping us awake all night with super loud yowling and other weird ass sounds.

I got up to see what the deal is, and it turns out that our 4 month old won't stop humping the fudge out of our 16 year old. Even after I get them with the spray bottle they go straight back at it. Now we have to separate them at night...
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately...

Not necessarily.
A friend of my wife has a cat and a dog. If cat's business is not scooped in time, the dog eats it. Win-win? The cat poops to the litter box though
Also, another friend of my wife has a dog who pees and poops all over the place (small dog but it ain't no puppy); seems like a carpet and a sofa/bed/etc are of preference. For obvious reasons, she is not aloud to bring her dog to our place. A peeve, I guess, is to come home and see the friend and the dog in the house because the wife adores the thing!
