I just found my Nolan Ryan book in a bin a few weeks ago. It was bent, womp womp. The cards are probably stuck inside those non archival pages anyways. The 89 upper deck Ryan is still a drymountin cool card I remember the feeling of "investing in the future" when I bought the 79 Topps at the card shop, I can still picture the smell of that little shack too, ha

Off topic I know but his records are gonna be hard to beat the way modern baseball is played. Being the all time great was the reason I collected him in the first place and then he still kept crushing it

There's supposedly a glitch at target where the double pokemon tins don't ring up prices at checkout. They should price match to one of these receipts. Some people got them at $3.60 a tin and one person got them at $1. Worth a try. Happy hunting! I havent tried myself yet, and these are not my receipts - pulled them from X. These tins have all scralet & violet era packs inside.

So my 6 y.o. was gifted some vintage cards from my brother-in-law for Christmas (probably like 100 cards total not including energy). I'm a Pokemon TCG novice but i'm learning a little as i dig into this, but the are mostly from the original base set (a few 1st edition and several shadowless), fossil set, jungle, and some Japanese text with the Pocket Monsters card backs. I'm tryin to convince my wife not to let him play with them and either sell them (possibly grade a few) and turn that into some new packs he can play with or just hang onto them and keep them separate from the new stuff he's got recently. Here's a few of what I'm looking at.
