Ebay Callout - User pariusg0
Just wanted to share a warning to anyone selling Fairey's on Ebay. Watch out for user 'pariusg0'. Buyer ripped two prints while unpacking and claimed they were damaged during shipping. Obviously nothing I could do to protect myself as a seller, as ebay offers you absolutely no protection against scumbag a-holes.
Here's the message and photos - Sellers save yourself the headache and block this guy...
Reason for return
Arrived damaged

If you're a top rated seller you can keep up to 50%
I ripped a print once while unwrapping it. It was only a tear in the margins though. I wasn't a douchebag and claimed that it arrived ripped. I framed it up and gave it to a friend. The print.....Obey - Jaws Wave.
I would have asked the guy to send a pic of the craft paper. I bet it is ripped and was the cause. It was for me. Clearly the prints were ripped at the same time. Since they were not sold together, when you sold them it was probably the first time they were together. This cuts against the argument that they were shipped ripped.

With all these horror stories I dont want to sell anything on ebay. You are guaranteed to get drymounted, just when and how often. Un preventable. Ebay's solution as on person said is to become a higher tier seller to protect yourself. More ebay bs brainwash to drymount over sellers. Their volume is so large they dont give a drymount how many people they lose. It boggles my mind that no tech company has been able to develop a true competing platform and take advantage of the void ebay created by blatantly taking advantage of their backbone work force, the sellers.
That's drymounted up. I'm sorry. The best you can do is take photos of every print before you roll them, after you roll them/tape the paper, and when they are in the tube just to have some proof that you weren't in the wrong.
Tabbed tape and an extra length of craft above the print.
What a bonehead.
What a bonehead.
