Holy fudge, you guys are just asking to get upset. There's zero chance you'll ever get to the bottom of anything like that on the phone with eBay.

My latest eBay imbecile… bless his ignorant heart:

Thank you, I will PayPal you this evening.
Please look the poster over for any issues before sending? There isn’t any mention of this posters condition in the listing. However, it is a new poster so I am guessing that it is in new condition.
*** Can you please use thick, large, craft paper that extends 3 inches past the poster roll? I’ve been getting damaged posters weekly from people not packing them correctly. Hoping that you have mailed posters before? It’s been really disheartening of late getting damaged posters frequently. I hope I’m in good hands, thanks again,

Hello,
I have no even opened the packaging that the poster came in. Do you still want me to something with it?
Me:
You can’t mail a poster without protective craft paper.
Especially if it’s been stored in a tube.
The poster is collapsed… there’s nothing to keep it from hitting the ends when
the post office people throw the thing around. It will be 100% damaged.
It’s difficult to wrap it in craft when it’s curly like that without putting dents in the top and bottom, but it can be done if careful.
Short story is, to avoid wrecking the print:
It has to be wrapped in a large piece of THICK craft paper.
That extends 3” on each side of the poster.
And, you tape the craft paper roll slightly smaller than the circumference of the tube. Because the poster has to be rolled a bit smaller than it has been stored to keep it in place in the paper roll.
I hope this information helps.
It’s a must my friend.
PayPal on the way… thank you…
Jim

I am not doing that. It should be fine in the original packaging. I never stated I would be packaging it like this. If you purchased directly from them, you would not be asking them to do this. Please let me know if you would like to continue with the order or not.

Oh it’s mint… but with damage.
Are these morons spraying mint air freshener on these or something?
Has it become a fragrance thing?
What am I missing.

A Methane print for $250?
Times have changed.
Times have changed.
Saw a Hollywood Bowl go for twice that…
Hell, lots of expensive Methane DMB.
That Wrigley Field ivy is probably a 1k print by now.
The Charlottesville treehouse too…
Gorge dragon…think I let mine go for $400 a few years ago.
I’m one off the rare fans of Methane.
Dig those 19” x 25” prints with all that juicy ink.
Same as it’s been, the overall catalog is quite impressive considering how many posters are commissioned.
With some scattered gems amongst some stinkers.
The thing that’s changed is the run sizes.
Some of these are well over 1k and still fetch some cash.

Worse is when the fucktards take an obey out then don’t repack right and it is damaged. If it where an obey I would ask the guy not to unpack
