Millertime being a forum regular, i had figured he'd make right (although I really have no logical reason to believe that other than clan loyalty to EB forumites).

Luls. I saw the "threat" before it got mod'd. Would be EPIC if someone actually flew out to confront a scamah in person. Well maybe not, might just involve them holding the person's fudge all night before handing it back to them.

given up hope on that refund by now. PayPal won’t help (outside of the $30 I sent as Goods), so I’m gonna write off those $430 and think of other ways to get back at that crook.

What was the funding source? If it was CC file a chargeback.

You can gift and have the funding source as credit card - you just have to pay the fee.
