Update

To be clear, I was trying to not be an impatient asshole. I'm more than willing to roll with slow shipping, I only got worried when the communication stopped. I got a little more worried as we built some steam in this thread, but it sounds as though the seller had some extenuating circumstances that held things up. Like most of the folks here, I'm more than willing to give the benefit of doubt as long as I know what's going on.

The seller reached out to me asking for me to send my mailing address again Venmo as he's having trouble accessing EXBeans and his email.

I'm going to take this as a sign of progress. Thanks to anyone who reached out to help pave the path of progress.

I'm going to leave this open for now, but I look forward to being able to close it out with a positive resolution...

Another potentially successful callout thread!

^

Probably the hospital the dude's cat is in allows access to Twitter and other social media only, but blocks access to EB and his email.

Didn't ask, fortunately communication was able to be re-established through the messaging portion of Venmo, so take that haters. (only joking)

I got used to buying booze off facebook where you have to either use PPFF, Venmo or some other risk filled method. The lack of any problems made me complacent, had I just used PP or something with protection I wouldn't have needed to get worried or get the group riled up. For that I apologize.

I wanted to put in some sort of a reference to not using condoms in a sub-Saharan African brothel and coming away clean and then getting crabs from my girlfriend when I got home as an analogy for this situation, but cant think of a tactful way to say it...

Luls. Tact in this place... And the dude has only 40 posts in over 11 years, so must be a reader and know better than that. Tact...

P.S. Glad it seems to be working out for you.
P.S. That "dilly dilly thing" is annoying as drymount and has been since the first time I saw it :?

Hello all-

Wanted to pass along an update. I got confirmation that things shipped today.

I look forward to closing this out completely once it arrives.

Cheers

Hello all-

I wanted to close the loop here. My poster arrived yesterday with good packing, so we are all good to go.

Kbuttstadt is not a scammer or a thief, he could probably do a better job of communication, but it sounds as though there were some issues out of his control that caused some of the problems.

Again, everything worked out and Kurt shipped the poster I bought with good packaging.

Thanks again to those who reached out on my behalf to get communication reestablished. I really appreciate your help.

Cheers-

Mike
