You could also just spray them with a little cooking spray, that works too. I find it less messy than tossing with oil. We've never tried anything but salt on them. Reading the pet peeve thread today made me appreciate my co-workers and re-affirmed my decision to continue to work where I work. And also re-affirmed my decision to create a pet peeve thread many years ago.

Since i'm a hack and don't have a cookie sheet, I used aluminum foil and just bunched it up to make a sort of bag to toss them in. Spray is probably the better solution though
