You could also just spray them with a little cooking spray, that works too. I find it less messy than tossing with oil. We've never tried anything but salt on them. We're pretty traditional when it comes to tortilla chips.

Reading the pet peeve thread today made me appreciate my co-workers and re-affirmed my decision to continue to work where I work. And also re-affirmed my decision to create a pet peeve thread many years ago.

Since i'm a hack and don't have a cookie sheet, I used aluminum foil and just bunched it up to make a sort of bag to toss them in. Spray is probably the better solution though :D
