2 things.

Got approval from the management company (board interview) for my purchase. Last hurdle before closing.

Traded in Xbone + Wii U (and it's accessories and games) and walked out with a 2 TB Xbone S. Sweet sweet UHD blu ray play back. And it's so beautiful. They actually paid me to take the system. I know how people feel about gamestop, but doing the ebay averages, I walked with a little less and no fees/shipping to deal with.

So yay.
