DVR'd the old cosmos series and the new one as well, but haven't dug into it yet.

Thanks for that last vid link, very cool. I'm thankful every day for smart people like that who are passionate about discovering why we are.

That's a good video.

I've been watching Cosmos, I'll watch just about any science or nature show. I've never seen the original series but they certainly seem to be covering a wide range of science, wasn't expecting the evolution stuff. And I love that they seem intent on poking holes in creationism wherever possible.

Great share of that video cgriff. Thanks. I love moments like that... that moment when someone's life dream/work comes to fruition. It's like watching an Olympian win a gold medal and then cry like a child. So many hours of work, focus, blood and sweat all becoming worthwhile in a single instant.

Pfft. That was just more bunko "science" financed by the liberal media trying to get us to support Fartbongo's socialist agenda to replace bootstrappy American energy workers with Chinese-made solar panels. Obviously. And if the water levels are rising I think we all know the real reason -- heard of Noah much?

Benghazi.

False alarm, I guess. But certainly a reminder of how incredible it is that the ISS has been up and inhabited for so long without any major issues or accidents. I'd fly up and spend a month there in a heartbeat if I could afford it... S.R. Hadden-style!

Climate changes, that's for sure.
