Islay Scotch fans - if you know someone in Pa. they are dumping all their Laphroaig 18YO stock at $63.99

It was already low at $79.99...

Simple answer light and sweet. If your a fan of oak and smoke then this isn't it. If you prefer a wheated sweeter bourbon with a younger flavor profile then you'll enjoy it completely.

Damn sounds perfect for me. When TPS put it out they had so much of it I just assumed no one was buying it therefore it must be a dud. Next time I went back it was all gone.

My buddy and I killed a full bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel this weekend... Would highly recommend if you can find it.
We also got a bottle of Jameson Caskmates... our review of that is "meh".. overly smoky for my taste.

Honestly it's a nice drink and I would say it's worth the 100. But if you're looking for a cheaper alternative and you can find it the 1792 sweet wheat is phenomenal and only like $30

I have drank about half my bottle of Pappy Van 20. Dang it is good. Some serious toffee, caramel, and vanilla notes. Can anybody recommend another that is similar and that won't break the bank?

Jim Beam Distiller’s Masterpiece is Fred Noe’s magnum opus. After hand-selecting extra-aged bourbons that were aging in the optimal positions of his rickhouse, Noe finished the bourbon in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The sherry casks contributed unique notes of plums, dates, dark fruits and cherries to the bourbon, which complement its subtle touches of dark leather, moist tobacco, chocolate and coffee.

Packaged in a luxury wooden case and bottled at 100 proof, “this bourbon expression from Jim Beam is the most exclusive, highest quality offering within the family” says Noe.
