Grabbed an Ooni Karu 12 during their Labor Day sale and fired it up for the first time last night. There's going to be quite the learning curve from doughing to proving and stretching. Also struggled a bit keeping oven temps up using wood as my fuel. Especially on the first bake (as evident on the Margherita in the top left of the first pic) but managed better as I went along. Made six in all. The pesto prosciutto and prosciutto and sausage were pretty, pretty good.

Very cool meskell! Keep us posted on your pizza-making adventure. I haven't had a chance to see these in action and I'm curious to hear about your experiences :pint:

Appreciate you! Crust is improving and still working on not burning the cheese. Pesto pizza continues to be killer.
