Doesn't need it, but some added (dry) heat can be nice. Specially if cured meats are involved.

No parm, though. #pizzasnotwatercrackers

I put Parmesan on all slices. Thin crust/NY style gets a little oregano too if they have it available.

In Nicaragua folks put a mildly spicy ketchup on their pizza (gross!). The pizza (sans ketchup) is actually good though because all of the ingredients are very fresh. I eat at a place called Telepizza everyday when I visit.

Parm is excessive, but sauces are straight ridickilus. You should see the fudge they drizzle on "pizza" here.

You should probably not watch it hungry or without pizza on hand though . . . the cravings! :D
Has anyone else tried Chang's Dominos hack pizza? Its effen (ugly) delicious!

Alfredo (no tomato base sauce) Sauce, Cheese, Onion and Bacon on thin Crispy dough option, at the office we prefer to get it "pizza" cut. The taste reminds me of a cheese pizza I had in Lustenau, Austria while on a business trip. The locals on Fridays make a cheese onion pizza called 'Kasefladden' Sp? and it was the immediate thought I had when tasting his dominos' hack.

Went to Pizaro's in Houston today to try their Detroit style. It's a place that specializes in Neapolitan pizza and it's good, but it's a touch overpriced, imo. The Detroit style was legit yummy and I kept eating when I should've refrained. Got super full and passed out into a food coma when I got home. Had a weird dream in which I kept guzzling water and no matter what, I couldn't quench my thirst. Just woke up feeling bloated and miserable with a pizza hangover

It was good though. Tasty crust with plenty of high crisp.

Didn't realize that was the Pizza Show duke's place. Lots of haters on yelp. Mostly for the price it seems.

Yeah it's not the cheapest around, it's genuinely one of my favorite slices. A great mix of NY and Neapolitan styles, crust, cheese, sauce and the hint of basil. Great creation.

Di Fara's is almost $30 these days for a pie but I'd still recommend highly.
