I still listed it under cinema as it's for the movie screening event and it's the art for the film ... but yeah, no title and credits disappoints me a little.fredo wrote:Art print?
Still an iconic image and I would love to own this.

The lack of title and credits takes away and does make it an art print IMO. Hell, throw you some metallic inks instead I the GID and have Sperry sign it
A black mat with all the credits, etc. in blue would be really cool, IMO. Make it look like the movie poster.PaintByNumbers wrote:Can easily see a framing job matching this look with a black matpewter14 wrote:Original poster, with titles ...

Or you could buy a repro of the movie poster for $10. Gotta say this is a little underwhelming, though I'm sure it looks great in person and the GID may be awesome it just feels like a Struzan Thing print should be more...epic.jjbehren wrote:A black mat with all the credits, etc. in blue would be really cool, IMO. Honestly think at this point nothing beats Stout's rendition of The Thing.

That would not be cool.xangelx wrote:Or you could buy a repro of the movie poster for $10.jjbehren wrote:A black mat with all the credits, etc. in blue would be really cool, IMO. Also, for fun, I'd throw my kid's names in the credits.
