This is awesome and will be my next Hampton. One of the great things about buying something from JH is that you know your money is going to a super individual. I could never say enough good things about him. This Decemberists series is pretty special. Bravo Justin.

Is there something on the moon? Some kind of detail around the edge of it has got me curious. The more i look at it, the more i like it. Even the H logo in the bottom right seems to belong. I like the lettering too, it fits the theme well. It doesn't draw any attention away from the art. The art brings you in, then its time to see what it says. I like that every once in a while. Pseudo art print. R

I'm gonna buy one, because I've been gobblin' up this series like Lucky Charms, but am I the only one that's not hugely impressed? The idea is awesome, but I'm not lovin' the art. Not bad, but not great. I'm a bigger fan of this side of Justin...

Honestly, I haven't cared for any of his work in the last 2 years.

"The Twilight Crane"

'A contemporary Japanese drama that has the poetry and the feeling of an ancient play or folktale. Yohyo is married to Tsu, who has taken the shape of a human from a crane. She came to Yohyo as a crane with an arrow in her chest, and he rescued her. Tsu makes him a beautiful fabric of woven crane feathers, sembra ori . Yohyo's “friends” convince him to sell the fabric in town. Overtaken by greed, he asks her to weave some more. She does it, even though she may die in the process. She weaves two pieces of sembra ori for him, and becomes very thin in the process. Tsu turns back into a crane and flies away. Yohyo is heartbroken.'
