I walked out of there about 5:30 and 3-5 gold where still available. 6-10 are for the onsale tomorrow. I felt the gold was the bomb for chaos and cosmos. When it came to mind spring I thought the reg and silver were the most choice.

So you like gold, bronze mind spring. They were cool too, they have these fingerprint type lines on thee face which the reg and silver do not.

Just got back from the show. Could only afford to get one piece, and to me the silver Mind Spring
was the pick of the litter.

Lots of great eye candy. Chris Shaw's paintings were just amazing.

Just got back from the show and spending the night out in SF, and had a spectacular night. It was great hanging with new friends and I think anyone who gets any of these prints will not be disappointed.

For my preferences of the regs and varuants...I'd say I'm usually drawn to the silver variants, but this time around I'm with cktbreaker...its the golds and bronze that I prefer for the Chaos and Cosmos. They are so rich and textural, and bring out the most in the colors of those prints. And I was surprised by how much I like the Chaos where it seems the Cosmos is what has been receiving more comments. The Gold/Bronze Chaos creates a darker, more complex visage in the woman's face that I really enjoy and her eyes darken considerably, creating a sinister tone. For the Mindspring the reg and silver really seem to pop the best while their gold and bronze counterparts turn the woman's eyes yellow, which doesn't create as much depth to the image on those papers.

Just one man's opinion, but I do think these are the best ones.

Great job, Chuck, these far surpassed my already high expectations!

And good luck on the drop tomorrow everyone, and don't balk at the prices, these babies are worth it.

^ You've had a busy weekend!

Unfortunately, my opinions of the prints were just based on the images on Chuck's site as I'm on the opposite coast and wasn't able to go.

Any pix from last nights show? I'd love to see real pictures of 3 Sperrys, and anything by Shaw or Donovan.

Site's crashing already. Gonna be an easy drop with the high prices... yeah, right.
